 Is it just us, or did 2013 fly by? Like, it feels as though we watched the ball drop last weekend. That obviously can't be, though, because our fave ladies wouldn't have been able to wear all these looks in the span of four days. Well, maybe Lady Gaga could, but it'd be hard, even for her.

Based on the stories y'all clicked on, tweeted about, and shared on Facebook, we've rounded up 10 of the most stylish ladies from this year. Now we need your help in deciding who should be crowned best dressed. Will Lady Gaga continue her reign for the second year in a row, or will her throne be usurped by someone else? LADY GAGA

After cancelling the remaining stops on her Born This Way Ball tour at the beginning of the year, Lady Gaga laid low and seemingly prepared a slew of outfits for her big return. She gave us her Botticelli-babe bikini, a glam-goth Prabal Gurung gown, and a technologically advanced dress that blew bubbles on its own.

Between her signature floral frocks, schoolgirl steez, and ability to rock a floor-length sequined gown like it's NBD, Ariana Grande is quickly emerging as a style icon. Now that she's going blonder, maybe 2014 will be the year she sheds her half-up/half-down 'do?

The only thing Rihanna changes as much as her hair is her general ~lewk~. Yeah, the same woman wore a Chanel cardigan as a dress and that gorgeous red gown to the Grammys. This year also saw the launch of her collaboration with River Island, which she obviously rocked as often as possible.
